Since 1989, I have worked as a sales and marketing expert for two independent companies serving Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas. In 2000, I made a career change and joined the Keller Williams Real Estate Team and received the "Rookie of the Year" award my first year. My business has continued to grow annually and I look forward to many more years of success. My goal as an agent is to make my client's sales or buying experience a smooth and successful event. I will be there to serve your needs before, during and after the purchase or sale of your home. I work to build a relationship with my clients that will make me their realtor for life. I received my Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma. I utilize my education as well as the constant training provided by Keller Williams to improve my ability to market your home. With the latest in technology and the personal network I have developed, I will be able to create strong, personalized "Marketing Plans" for my clients. I also want to introduce my support team, Joy Kegebein and Cindy Thompson. Joy is my closing coordinator and will make sure all details are covered with the Title Company and ensure a smooth closing process. Cindy is my personal touch on all calls that come to the office. She will either answer your questions or forward them to me in a timely manner. I married Dan Hayes in 1977 and have two wonderful daughters, Katharine and Abby. Both girls are grown and out of the house. With the girls gone, the new ruler of the house is our miniature dachshund, Missy. We are avid supporters of OSU Athletics (we also support OU athletics)We attend many games during the year. Football and Basketball are our favorites, but Dan keeps his eye on the success of the golf and wrestling programs as well. Dan is a golf professional and has been the Director of Golf at Tinker AFB Golf Course since 1988. Along with his golf skills, he is also famous among his friends for his culinary skills. Dan is my greatest supporter and I utilize his management and organizational skills to better my Real Estate Business.
